This document outlines the Refund Policy for LuckData. Please carefully review this policy before using LuckData's services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Customer's access to LuckData's services or use of the system shall be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution program.

Dispute Resolution Program:

Any disputes arising from customer access to LuckData's services or the usage of the system shall be considered by LuckData's Customer Support at support@luckdata.io. Customer support is available to assist with inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, etc.

For security reasons, we record conversations between Customer Support and our customers.

Intangible Nature of Products

LuckData offers intangible and irrevocable items. Once an order has been placed and completed, no refunds will be given. Customers are responsible for being aware of this condition when making purchases on the website.

Refundable Situations

Refunds will be provided for paid services that do not align with the product's features. Please contact our Customer Support for a refund. LuckData is committed to assisting customers experiencing issues with our products.

Non-refundable Activities

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

1. Incomplete or inconsistent data provided by the customer during the registration process.

2. Customer's account has been frozen or suspended due to illegal activities by the customer.

3. Violation of Customer's obligations with respect to acceptable use of the system or services (as defined in the Terms of Use).

4. Customer has begun to transmit and/or receive information.

5. Service quality provided meets the conditions specified in the service level agreement.

6. The purchased plan package has expired.

7. Connection quality and speed limitations subject to the capabilities of third parties beyond LuckData's control. LuckData does not guarantee the quality of Internet connections provided by third-party Internet service providers. Any issues related to connection speed parameters are considered non-refundable.

8. Rejection of client-side software. LuckData is not responsible for the compatibility of client software with the system, as clients may use third-party or proprietary software to access or use the system.
